Overview
Communities of Promise is a non-profit organization and proud member of the ARCH family of companies. We are dedicated to building stronger communities through affordable housing access, comprehensive resident services, and community empowerment programs across Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan.
We believe that stable, safe housing is the foundation of a thriving life — and that access to housing alone is not enough. Our programs address the full spectrum of housing and community needs, from helping families find and keep a home to building the economic skills, social connections, and community leadership needed to flourish.
